The Ozark Mountain School District Bear Tech Team is here to support the students, staff, families, and schools that make up our district. We work behind the scenes to keep technology resources available, reliable, secure, and ready to support learning each day.

From classroom devices and interactive technology to internet connectivity, digital learning platforms, staff accounts, and cybersecurity, our team is committed to helping technology work smoothly across the district. We believe strong technology support helps teachers focus on instruction, gives students more opportunities to learn, and keeps communication moving between school and home.

Bear Tech Team Mission Statement

The mission of the Ozark Mountain School District Bear Tech Team is to provide dependable, secure, and student-centered technology support that strengthens teaching, learning, communication, and district operations.

We are committed to serving our schools with professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help. Through reliable technology services, responsive support, responsible data practices, and ongoing improvement, we strive to ensure that every student and staff member has the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Technology Support for Teachers and Staff

Teachers and staff can submit technology support requests through the district’s online help desk. The Bear Tech Team uses submitted tickets to track requests, respond efficiently, and make sure technology concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.

Please submit a ticket for assistance with devices, Chromebooks, classroom technology, staff accounts, passwords, printers, internet or Wi-Fi concerns, software, digital learning tools, and other technology-related needs.

To submit a technology support ticket, visit the OMSD Technology Help Desk and sign in using your district Google account.

For urgent technology issues that affect student safety, district security, internet access, or a major school-wide system, please contact your building administrator or the Technology Department directly in addition to submitting a ticket.

Cyber Safety for Students & Families

Explore free, age-appropriate cybersecurity lessons and activities that help students learn about online safety, privacy, scams, protecting personal information, and making responsible choices online. These resources are helpful for teachers, parents, and students.
